Refund policy
Effective October 2, 2026.
Failed generations
Reserved credits or input tokens are returned automatically only when a request definitely did not reach the provider or the provider confirms a terminal failure. A timeout, network interruption, or delayed request is not treated as failed while the provider may still be processing or billing it; the reserved balance remains held until the outcome is reconciled.
Subscriptions
You may cancel future renewal at any time through the Stripe billing portal or, for a PayPal or Waffo subscription, from your Jev AI account. Except where law requires otherwise, cancellation does not refund the current billing period or used input tokens. If you were charged after a confirmed cancellation, contact us so we can investigate.
One-time token packs
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if none of the purchased input tokens has been used. Once tokens from a pack have been used, the pack is generally non-refundable because API processing costs are incurred immediately, subject to mandatory consumer law.
Duplicate or unauthorized charges
Contact [email protected] with the account email, charge date, and Stripe, PayPal, or Waffo transaction identifier. Do not email full card details. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing time is outside our control.
Mandatory rights
This policy does not limit non-waivable consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
