RightNow System Zero on Jev AI
RightNow System Zero is the decision model from RightNow AI. It reads text, JSON, PNG or JPEG images and PDFs and answers typed questions: a probability for yes/no, one option with a probability for each, or a level on your rubric. On Jev AI it takes the same request as Jev, so a playground run, saved judge or API call switches to it by changing the model field.

What RightNow System Zero is
RightNow AI serves System Zero through its decide API. Instead of writing text, it evaluates a list of questions against shared input and returns typed answers. Its question types map onto Jev’s: RightNow’s boolean is Jev’s noul, and choice and score work the same way. Box questions are a Jev feature and are not available on this model.
On Jev AI it runs alongside Jev, Clef, Laya, Mercury Decide and GPT-6 Luna. Every request goes straight to RightNow AI, pinned to one model version, and is never answered by another model. If RightNow declines a question, the other answers still come back, the declined one is marked in refusals and is not charged; if it declines every question, the request fails without a charge.
What it reads on Jev AI
This first release covers the inputs below. Other RightNow input kinds are not offered on Jev AI yet.
- Text or JSON state of up to 38,000 tokens.
- Up to 4 PNG or JPEG images as data URLs. WebP is not accepted.
- One PDF of up to 50 pages as a data URL. Encrypted PDFs are refused.
- Choice questions take 2 to 10 options on text and 2 to 26 with files; score questions take 2 to 4 levels on text and 2 to 10 with files.

This is RightNow AI’s own test, not an Artificial Analysis evaluation, and Jev AI has not reproduced it. Compare models on your own examples in the playground.
Use RightNow System Zero with your Jev API key
Create a key on the Jev API page and store it as JEV_AI_API_KEY on your server. Use the Jev endpoint with system-zero, or the Decisions-compatible endpoint with rightnow/system-zero. Images and PDFs are embedded data URLs.

Limits and billing
- RightNow System Zero uses 5× the Jev model rate: 5 balance tokens per input token on the API. Output tokens are free.
- Each request also adds 1,334 balance tokens, plus 3,153 per question, 266,775 per image and 266,775 per PDF page.
- Playground and credit-fallback runs cost 5 credits for text or images; a 50-page PDF costs 15 credits.
- A declined question is listed under refusals and not charged; the call, files and tokens are billed as long as one question is answered. If RightNow AI is unavailable or declines every question, the request returns an error before any charge.
Questions
Do I need a RightNow AI account?
No. Jev AI connects to RightNow AI for you, so one Jev API key and one balance cover System Zero and every other model on the site.
Which model version answers my requests?
Jev AI pins one RightNow System Zero version and changes it only after testing. The model field in your request stays system-zero.
Can I send audio or very long documents?
Not on Jev AI yet. This release reads text, JSON, up to 4 images and one PDF of up to 50 pages.
Are my files stored?
No. Images and PDFs are sent for that run only; the run record keeps the file type, size and page count, never the file.
