Terms of use

Effective October 2, 2026. These terms form an agreement between you and Jev AI. By using the service, you agree to them.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity in your account and must notify [email protected] of suspected unauthorized use.

Credits, subscriptions, and payment

Jev AI sells access to its hosted AI tools and API. A completed purchase adds the displayed input token allowance to your Jev AI Token account. Purchased tokens are usable only for services on this site; they cannot be transferred to another account or redeemed for cash. They remain available while your account is active, including unused tokens from a subscription period. Welcome and daily check-in credits are separate from purchased tokens.

API calls use purchased input tokens first and use one credit for the whole request if tokens are insufficient. Web tools use credits first, then bill actual input tokens if credits are insufficient. A request does not charge both balances. Output tokens are free. Tokens are reserved before a request and settled against successful input usage; confirmed failures release the reservation. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise, and any applicable tax is shown at checkout.

One-time token packs do not renew. A paid subscription renews at the displayed interval until cancelled. Manage a Stripe subscription through the Stripe billing portal or a PayPal or Waffo subscription from your Jev AI account. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the paid period; it does not remove unused tokens already credited to your account.

When offered and selected at checkout, Waffo Pancake acts as the merchant of record for your purchase and handles payment collection and applicable sales taxes. You authorize recurring charges at the displayed amount and interval when you choose a subscription. Cancel future Waffo renewals in your account under Waffo subscriptions; cancellation preserves the paid period and unused purchased tokens.

Stripe, PayPal, or Waffo processes your payment, depending on the method you select at checkout. We credit purchased tokens after the payment is confirmed. A request that definitely did not start or has a provider-confirmed terminal failure is not charged; uncertain outcomes remain reserved until reconciled. Monetary refunds follow our refund policy and mandatory consumer law, and approved refunds return to the original payment method.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, or rights-infringing material; to impersonate people deceptively; to bypass safety controls or rate limits; to reverse engineer protected systems; or to interfere with the service. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.

Your content and generated output

You retain rights you already hold in submitted content and grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions. AI output may be inaccurate, offensive, unsuitable, or similar to existing work. You must review output before use and must not represent synthetic media deceptively.

Rights in output and commercial use depend on applicable law and the terms active for your account. We do not guarantee exclusivity, copyright eligibility, or non-infringement.

Availability and changes

Models, processing systems, pricing, features, limits, and pre-release information may change. We may pause the service for security, maintenance, legal, or operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent storage of generated files.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Termination

You may stop using the service or request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, legal risk, or nonpayment. Terms that should reasonably survive termination, including payment, intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability, continue to apply.

Changes and contact

Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continuing to use the service after they take effect means you accept the updated terms where permitted by law. Questions: [email protected].
