Billing without surprises

Two accounts. Web uses credits first; API uses tokens first.

What is the Jev AI platform?+

Jev AI brings TypeSafe’s Jev models into one workspace for playground, batch processing, and API access. The platform is independently operated, with subscriptions, token balances, and customer support managed by Jev AI.

How is paid usage measured?+

Web tools use 1 credit per request, then input tokens if credits run out. API calls use input tokens first, then 1 credit if tokens are insufficient. A request never charges both accounts. Output tokens are free.

How do free gifts work?+

Welcome and daily check-in gifts enter your Credit account. Web tools use credits first. API calls use tokens first and only use credits when tokens are insufficient.

How does annual billing work?+

Pay once per year at 50% off twelve monthly payments. The full year of tokens is added upfront.

Do unused tokens expire?+

Unused paid tokens roll over. One-time token packs do not require a subscription.

What happens if a request fails?+

Failed requests are not charged. Any temporary balance hold is released automatically.

Can I cancel renewal?+

Yes. Manage Stripe or PayPal subscriptions from your account.
